Via social networks
Netflix is very present on social networks with its community managers. Just send them a message and a collaborator will answer you as soon as possible.

Via live chat
The live chat is a feature of the Help Center. It can be found at the bottom of the page. By clicking on the "Start Live Chat" tab, your message goes directly to Netflix support. An employee will then take the time to answer your questions.
Via a call
The Help Center also allows you to call Netflix support directly. The tab to do so is also at the bottom of the page "Call us." A pop-up appears with the number for your region (France, USA, England) as well as the availability of the hotline. English language support is available 24/7.
